The government of the United Republic of Tanzania provides temporary employment to its citizen during census conduction. The main aim is to help the government to obtain the overall statistics of the whole nation within a short period

In Tanzania ,unemployed people are given priority to on this process. This help them to have their basic needs through allowances given. GoThe government of Tanzania provides these allowances to its citizens during census sotoelp them get food, transport, shelter as well as motivation to all workers.

CENSUS TIMETABLE

census I the process takes a total of twelve days which are divided into three sessions.

the first session is an application for temptemporary worksere all applicants are quired to apply for their positions such as clerk, Information Technology, content Manager e, etc. All applicants are required to attach their basic details such as birth certificates, form four leaving certificates, and sometimes nationality certificates. These processes tatakeive days.

The second session seminar (training) toll applicants.All who are selected to help the government in collecting statistics of people and residents according to the positions they applied for. This takes three days to its acaccomplishinal session is the actual census. Each applicant reis quired to fulfill his/her responsibilities and duties as a photo w he/she trained during the seminar.

ALLOWANCES TO CLERK, CONTENT MANAGER A, ND IT TECHNICIANS.

All workers during the census process are required to be given some allowances. Such as food allowances, transport allowances, and seminar allowances. To all clerks, IT tetechniciansnd content Managers are seemed to be equal in terms of allowances payments.

1. Seminar 35,000Tsh for 5 days =175000/=
2. Transport 5,000Tsh for 5 days =25,000/=
3. Foods and Nutrients 10,000Tsh for 5 days =50,000/=
4. Work allowances 50,000Tsh for 5 days =250,000/=
