Job Description

HR Services:
 Work closely with the Accounts team on payroll preparation.
 Manage leave and attendance records for regional staff.
 Ensure all staff have updated contracts.
 Assist the HR Manager with processing transfer proposals, transfer orders, and
resignation letters.
 Address employee relations issues in consultation with the HR Manager, including formal
disciplinary hearings and documentation.
 Maintain and update staff personal files.
 Assist in managing the Staff Information System Software (HRIS).
 Ensure all staff are issued with nametags and identity cards.
Human Resource Strategy:
 Organize policy-sharing events for regional staff.
 Communicate gaps in policies and processes and suggest solutions to the HR strategy.
 Assist in the Performance Management System, including staff objective setting, midterm
reviews, and year-end reviews.
 Promote staff development activities, including the BRAC Learning Catalogue.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:
 Ensure the safety of team members from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and
exploitation.
 Act as a key resource for establishing a safe working environment and safeguarding
implementation.
 Promote and endorse safeguarding policies among team members.
 Follow safeguarding reporting procedures and encourage others to do the same.
Required Skills/Capacity:
 Minimum of two years’ experience as an HR officer, administrator, or in another HR
position.
 Strong knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training, development,
etc.).
 Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
 Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is required.
Educational Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Administration, Industrial Relations,
Law, or a related field.
