Job Description
HR Services:
Work closely with the Accounts team on payroll preparation.
Manage leave and attendance records for regional staff.
Ensure all staff have updated contracts.
Assist the HR Manager with processing transfer proposals, transfer orders, and
resignation letters.
Address employee relations issues in consultation with the HR Manager, including formal
disciplinary hearings and documentation.
Maintain and update staff personal files.
Assist in managing the Staff Information System Software (HRIS).
Ensure all staff are issued with nametags and identity cards.
Human Resource Strategy:
Organize policy-sharing events for regional staff.
Communicate gaps in policies and processes and suggest solutions to the HR strategy.
Assist in the Performance Management System, including staff objective setting, midterm
reviews, and year-end reviews.
Promote staff development activities, including the BRAC Learning Catalogue.
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of team members from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and
exploitation.
Act as a key resource for establishing a safe working environment and safeguarding
implementation.
Promote and endorse safeguarding policies among team members.
Follow safeguarding reporting procedures and encourage others to do the same.
Required Skills/Capacity:
Minimum of two years’ experience as an HR officer, administrator, or in another HR
position.
Strong knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training, development,
etc.).
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is required.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Administration, Industrial Relations,
Law, or a related field.
