I’m looking for a talented web developer to create a budgeting tool for me. This tool should help track expenses, income, and allow for budget planning. It should also show transactions with a pie chart for expenses.

Key Features:

– Expense Tracking: Ability to monitor and categorize all expenses.

– Income Tracking: Record and keep tabs on all sources of income.

– Transaction Record: A detailed log of all transactions.

– Visual Representation: A pie chart that displays expense distribution.

Additional Requirements:
